Default how likley are we to get our mortgage offer?

Hi,We are in full application with the woolwich for a mortgage.Im self employed they have asked for 2 years books that I have with an average salary of 17500kMy wife is employed with 15k salary. The house price agreed is £135k (home report value 175k).We are putting 30k deposit down so the mortgage will be 105k. We have a 5k bank loan and no other dependants. My credit score is only good as we have only recently been put on the electrol roll.Just getting a bit worried as I have been reading some horror storys about the woolwich and indian underwriters not managing to read self employed accounts.cheers.
