do mortgage lenders still go ahead with a...
...valuation, if there is a chance of them not lending you the money? We are trying to get a mortgage through halifax, they have asked for 430.00 to pay for the valuation fee, does this mean we are def going to be able to borrow or is this just routine procedure before deciding if they will lend.
