Default Mortgage sold to another lender.........?
My 2nd mortgage was sold to another lender. Before it was sold I was a couple months past due. Will I get to start fresh? I need to make this months payment but my new lender doesn't have me in the system yet. They said they would contact me letting me know how much I owe. Will I be okay just waiting to hear from them?Help I don't want to go into foreclosure!!!!
