if a mortgage was signed on Dec 9th and

notarized on Dec 10th is it legal or void? in a foreclosure if the plaintiff(bank)submits a copy of the mortgage that is signed by the borrower on the 9th of Dec, and it isn,t notarized until the 10th of Dec, is it void or legal?
