Default I bought the house with a friend on joint

mortgage. The house has negative equity now.? My friend has now bought another house and will be moving in 10 days. When i asked how he wants to settle this house which is on joint mortgage he said he wants his brother and family (4people) to live in his portion. I want to object this as I do not want to live with his family. As I also am 50% owner of the house can I object this? Thanks for the quick reply. My Friend has gone to the bank and said to the bank that he is not giving his portion on rent ..he is just making a family arrangement.. and in turn he will be paying the mortgage share per month (which i know is a big lie). The bank has given their o.k. as per them they cannot refuse family arrangements. Do you think I should still be a ble to object to this family arrangement as this is also my house? Many thanks for all your comments. I really appreciate it. I will consult a solicitor now and see how it goes on..Thanks again all you nice people.
