Default Is it at all common to send a gift to a Mortgage...
...Broker? Just closed a refi where I got a really good rate and found my mortgage broker to be very helpful and accommodating when it came to fees. Now that it closed, I was considering sending a Thank You gift. Is this something that is common or very uncommon?ThanksWell those are 2 very different answers and was the exact debate I was having in my head. So, unfortunately I'm no closer yet.Anyone else?
