Default My husband and I filed chapter 7 back in 2008...
...which discharged us of the debt to our mortgage etc, we never? reaffirmed the mortgage and we moved out of state...the City keeps sending us real estate bill notices..do I have to pay that or not. Technically we don't own the property but the bank has not yet filed with the registry of deeds, they are in process of foreclosing the property though. Please I need some feed back.
