attn: mortgage lenders, will me being laid off
affect my home loan application? I was out of work for almost all of last year. Now I'm new in my job, in the same field, and I want a house. I have worked steady in the same field for 10 years (with exception to last year).I have the savings(down payment), the credit, assets and a wonderful salary.But will the lenders shutter when they see that I made close to nothing last year?
