...fargo home mortgage lender? I am trying to get a refund for an appraisal that was done months ago. I closed on my house in Sept of this year and was supposed to be credited for it at closing. I wasn't and now months later I still can't get my refund. They are giving me the run around. I have tried to contact someone to file a complaint but can't figure out who to talk to. Would really appreciate anyones help.My lender and her boss know that I am supposed to get refunded for it. Bc the seller paid my closing costs. I was supposed to be credited for it at closing but wasn't. My problem is not that I am just hoping I get some money people. I know I get it back. My lender is dragging her feet. They have already told me twice that the check is in the mail. But both times they have came back to say there was another problem on their end. They keep screwing up.
