How does a mortgage broker confirm that an
applicants employer actually exists; i.e....? ...is a real company?With so many online tools to 'fake' being a business form creating fony website, to bogus business fax numbers through efax type companies....how can they be certain or is their a good faith verification effort that protects them from liability if they miss something?
