Default Mortgage Modification NPV Calculation?

I am trying to figure out the NPV abyss before applying for a mortgage modification. As it stands, my personal credit is terrible and I am now almost 3 months behind on my house payments. I am looking for thoughts and recommendations based on the information below. - Estimated value of house ~ $166,000 *1st Mortgage ~$121,000 (original mortgage $130k - 30yr fixed @ 5.625%) *2nd Mortgage ~ $21,000 (original 2nd mortgage $25k - 15yr fixed @ 7 or 8%)- Income ~$2,500/month (employment has been inconsistent, however, current job is stable)- Current Payments: ($1095 + $246) = $1341 *First Mortgage/Tax/Association ($1095) *P&I ~$750 +- $5 / month *Tax ~$160 +- $5 / month *Association ~ $185 / month *Second Mortgage ($246 / month)I would like an spreadsheet model which would replicate the NPV model used by the banks, but I have not been able to find one online. At least not one I know would be reliable and that doesn't cost much $$$. As you may have guessed, I need to make sure I am using all of my resources as responsibly as possible. Thanks in advance for constructive advice and direction!!John
