Hello, Me and somebody else.. not married got a house togheter, the relationship did not worked out, he isrefusing to talk to me, however he still make the payment I call him everyday with no answer to try to settle this, He is making the house payment he refused to talk to me Giveme the run arround shuts the light off when i knock the door, I put on an eviction otice for tenants the he has renting the house just so that he can do something... he is on drugs and stuff like that, he is refusing to refinnace sell or assume the property what can I do? please help
