Default Will a mortgage broker consider the income from a...

...summer job when approving my application? I'm a teacher and make 72,000 a year. I also make about 10,000 per summer working at a residential camp. This is always considered seasonal work and does not carry a contract from year to year. I've held this job for about 7 summers, though I did not work this previous summer. Will a mortgage broker be able to include this income when deciding how much to approve me for? Will there be complications because I did not work this past summer? I can have a contract drawn up for this upcoming summer if needed. Thanks for the answers, but nothing has really addressed the question yet. Since the income won't be on my tax return for 2010 (since I didn't work, though it will be there for 2009), will they still consider the future income? Last year's tax return is very low, since I only earned about 50,000 + no summer job. 2011 will be more like 82,000. What numbers will the broker look at?
