Default what should i do? mortgage lender has extended...

...closing a month and canceled closing twice? she says paperwork isn't back from underwriting so extended closing one month then said everything was ready then said repairs needed made from appraisal report. then that was done, then said final apprrasial report stateing repairs were ok weren't back so canceled closing then set up new closing said appraisal was back and fine . called evening before closing saying can we move the time i said i couldn't because of work so she said she would find someone else to come close. day of closing called two hours before closing saying it was canceled that day because they never looked at final report and it is showing other room for third bedroom and wording on appraisal report needs fixed then we can close and appraiser couldn't do it to the next week. so now closing date is changed again. what the heck is going on haveing a terrible experience will this house ever close?

Use a different mortgage lender. You are a customer about to spend probably hundreds of thousands of dollars with them. All of these mistakes on the simplest of paper work could be a nightmare for you later in the loan. I would call them and request all the information they have for you and take it to a different mortgage lender and let them know that is what you are going to do after you get copies of your paper work.
