We have sold our house which is going through at the moment. The couple buying are first time buyers and we have no chain so a simple sale. The surveyor has been but can someone explain what happens now, this is the first time we have sold so not sure of the process or how long it will take from now. Hopefully someone can explain the next steps and time scale.
