Default if i did a quick claim in a property how do i
get my name off mortgage? im off the deed how do i gwt off the mortgage

You either have to pay off the loan, or somehow persuade the lender to do something stupid.Good luck. Just being off the deed does not mean you no longer have to honor your obligation.
