We just bought our first home and we were thinking of buying our mortgage broker a gift. We know they already recieved a commission off of our mortgage, but this person REALLY went above and beyond. Really, really. We couldn't seriously be happier with their service. The other broker we were working with couldn't get us a mortgage, but this one did, and on such short notice! And they were fanatastic, kind, and when ever we came across a problem they knew exactly how to solve it. They were absolutely amazing. What is a good gift to say thank you? We really want to show them how we much we appreciate the fact they went above and beyond.thanks!
