Would a mortgage lender re-fi a mortgage from...
...6.25% to the current low rates near 4% for 30yr fixed? and this person has shaky credit with some credit card accounts that went to collection agencies 5 years ago and still have not been paid off?Home value $280,000.00Owes: $210,000.00Has owned the home as new since 2001. Thanks
