how old do you have to be to get a

mortgage? Im 16 and i was just wondering for future references. Because as soon as im able i want to move out and get my own house so i can move far far away from my family

so how old do you have to be to get a mortgage do you have to be 18 or older? and how much money do you have to earn a year to be able to have a mortgage?
