I had an approval from the bank for my mortgage and to shop around I asked another broker if she can provide me better rate. After few days she offered me better rate than I had with some commission fee. After signing the forms I realized that she lied and the rate was same as bank. The next day I told her that I have changed my mind and want to go with bank. Now she is suing me. Do I have any chance?
