First time home buyer so excuse my ignorance. I know lending tree is not the mortgage company and I understand that they bring you offers. However, if lending tree runs your credit and goes out to find you loans does that mean that you are already approved with said loan companies when they contact you? hope this makes sense.my credit is good my husband's is a mess, but he's cleaned it all up FINALLY! lol. Thanks for the info all. I'm trying to learn as much as I can so I don't F anything up and I would never get an A-R-M.
