someone owes on their mortgage is free information...? I am trying to negotiate a deal on real estate, the buyer claims she owes x amount of dollars on her mortgage which is why she insists on the price. Is there a website I can go to and find how much she really owes?Word on the street is that this is public information.....The home is located in NC (Montgomery County) * not sure if that's helpful or not My Realtor said she would get back with us tomorrow.
