every month? My sister and I own a commercial building that won't sell and no bank will refinance, even though we have high credit scores and secure incomes. We are so sick of paying on a mortgage with a high interest rate. We do have a guy leasing it, and wonder if there's a way to get him to own part of our building. He has terrible credit due to a divorce, but is very dependable about paying us and running his business. Unfortunately, he just barely makes enough to pay his mortgage, but sticks with it out of love for his business.
