I'm in the processing of closing on a home. I have been having issue after issue with the mortgage company I am going through. Particularly the mortgage broker herself. It is too late in the game to go thru a different mortgage company. She is the "branch president". However, she rarely returns my phone calls when I have called her cell and her office. She calls my father to tell him what I need to send her. I'm 22 years old and it is MY money that is being used to buy this home and it is going under MY name. I feel disrespected that she's not contacting ME with updates. She also rarely responds to my e-mails. She ALSO lost my 2008 W2 form and another document I had given her. I feel she is extremely unprofessional. Is there somebody I should contact to inform of all my troubles I have encountered with her? It's highly frustrating.
