Default Moving a mortgage loan from one lender to another?

I currently have my mortgage with SunTrust but no longer want to do business with them. How would I go about changing my mortgage to another company? What would be the steps involved or can I even do this?golfer- I'm offended with your answer. I did not say I hate my lender and to assume I pay late is rude- I'm quite the opposite, I pay early and more than my monthly statement EVERY month. Always have. They have my name wrong and refuse to change it without a fee which I think is wrong after they have made thousands of dollars of me and with my good standing. I'd rather just use a different lender and have my name correct. It's a principle thing- I'd rather go to the hassle of getting a new lender than give them money to have their information correct. Thanks for the ASSumption though.
