When getting a mortgage and you get a Initial fees...

...worksheet. Line #813 states lender to pay ....? Then it show the amount then paid by ( borrower ) ??? This make no scents to me. It looks like a B.S. charge to me. And i did find a few more B.S. charges that I could explain as B.S. (bogus)
