It is very restrictive at 4.875%We figure if we can find fha loan that is close to it, then we would do that instead or even fha 203k.Our credit is a little under 700, which isn't bad. Our home bank wanted 3.3% down, 2500 closing and the first 2 months payment in the bank. Any recommendations will be helpful. We live in Ohio
