File a consumer case against my mortgage...

...broker/bank? Hi, I recently ( about a year

) Re-financed my loan, and during the process I was informed that my PMI is 70$, but when I started paying my monthly payment the bank increased it to 180$. Can I take any legal action against them, please advice. Thanks
