Default Would You still want to pay for your $300,000

mortgage when? Would you still want to pay for your $300,000 mortgage when your neihbors down the street are buying the same house for $130,000 and getting a $8,500 tax credit for it. Why should we stay mathmatically it makes no sense.Im tired of people saying its my fault for buying at a bad time when I was clearly mis lead. I blame the government and the banks for not managing there finances and causing this economic melt down.I didn't personaly cause the housing market to crash why should I pay for it

Personally I would not have even bought the house for 300,000. You can talk to your relator, about selling, but you wont get 300,000 for it, you will get it for the same as the other house. You could also talk to someone about refinancing. Good luck with this.
