Will I be approved for mortgage?
Alright guys, I am 23 years old, attending school full time and in the mean time I have good credit (700) and willing to buy a piece of property within New York City, so what you guys think, will I be approved? what would be an estimate, in terms of my monthly mortgage payments? Thanks a lot.........P:S: Do I have to meet certain age criteria to purchase a property ?
