It is really difficult to tell what you are asking because of how your question is worded.If you are asking if your mortgage company is going to tell your real estate broker that you are late on your payments, the answer is "probably not." If somebody from your mortgage company is friends with somebody from the real estate company and they gossip about you, then, maybe yes.But no, the mortgage company does not report your late payments to anyone but the investors and the credit reporting agencies.
