Is it possible to find mortgages for $50,000 and
below? I want to buy foreclosed properties in Arizona and rent them out, but don't have the money to pay cash for a $35,000-$50,000 property. It is a GREAT opportunity for a small investor such as myself, to get into the real estate market. Every time I find a property I would like to buy and contact a mortgage co. they tell me nothing below $60,000. Any ideas?
