Will anyone give me a mortgage with a score of 580?
I have a credit score of 580. I've payed over the minimum payment on 3 credit cards for the past few months. I also have $7,000 to put down. I make $33,000 a year. And the condo i'm looking to get mortgaged is $75,000. Howard Hanna is telling me I need to get my credit score up to 620 before they'd give me a mortgage. And the Fha loan is about to end in a month. Is there some mortgaging company that would give a mortgage to someone with a 580 score?
