Default Missed the closing date, my mortgage broker,

realtor, and appraiser are all blaming each other.? No one seems to want to take responsibility. What are my legal rights? I have to be out of my apartment by the end of the month (16 days) because that is when my lease is up.The people that I am renting from will graciously allow me to sign another lease for no less than 3 months. This is a problem as I will then be responsible to pay that (even if the closing is completed by then end of the month) as well as a mortgage when the closing is completed. Therefore, I was wondering what my legal rights are as to if I have to rent another place, fees due to missing the closing date. The house is vacant, the seller has already stated that he will not let us go into the house until closing. We have jumping one hurdle after the next since August trying to close on this house. I was approved from the bank prior to even making an offer. The seller delayed with accepting the offer as well as when the appraisal was below asking price.
