qualified? My husband and I would like to buy a home.We know we don't have the best credit, we both made mistakes when we were younger.But no bankruptcies or repositions anything like that. All credit card late payments and such.I've done some research online but there is just so much information!Some of our friends have gotten mortgages that I know have to have bad credit.What we need is someone that will sit down with us and tell us what exactly we need to do, in what order, to get approved.Any suggestions?
