Default if you have an judgment on one of you credit
, can you still qualify for a mortgage modification? my credit score is 740. the judgment occured in2004.

740 is phenomenal credit these days. and the judgement was 5 years ago. If I were in your situation I wouldn't hang my head at the loan office. Go for it.
