My husband and I just got approved for an FHA end loan on a modular home. We are putting the modular on our property we already own. We also have been trying to get pregnant. We are going to close on the loan in approximately 3 months. I didn't want to look pregnant at the closing- wasn't sure if it would affect our loan application or not. Should we hold off on "trying" to get pregnant until its closer to the closing? Or would it take awhile to show the "baby bump"? What do you think? thanks!
