do i qualify for mortgage modification?
im working with my bank already for a mod, but have not have any answers yet,now my quest is for who ever knows about this,my mortgage payment is about 31% of our gross income including my wifes income which is not in the loan but shes in the home title,now do they consider her income even if shes not in the loan?
