I need to write an explination on why i filed bankruptcy 6 years ago...well the reason is not so heartwarming. I filed on a mobile home in a crappy park surrounded by drug addicts, so I didnt want to live there anymore, I tried to sell first buy couldnt.Please help me put into words how I can explain this so I will now get another home loan! Ive checked the community, so now i know what im getting into!I never want to file bankruptcy again, it is so hard to pull yourself back up!Please if you can help me, tell me what they are looking for in the letter!!!THANK YOU
