Default Opinions on these mortgage lenders...?
Looking for 100% loan through VA. These lenders are contacting me, but I don't know much about them. Has anyone used them? Any good or bad experiences?National Bank of Kansas CityRMC VanguardiFreedom DirectMortgage Lenders of AmericaThe Home Loan Consulting Group

the va certificate only guarantees 30k to your lender if you default...the va makes no loans...I prefer a lender who always services thier loans.rather than sell them,like Bank of America...ask if they sell the loans,this would be a deal breaker for me...
