I recently took money from my savings (its been there for awhile) to payoff credit card only to take balance transfer promo rate to put back in my savings. The problem is My fiance and I are trying to buy a house (in his name only) and i deposited some money into his account for a flat screen that we are going to buy. Now they want proof of where the money came from. Is there a way they can just subtract and not count as a balance? He doesn't need that amount to prove he has enough money.
