[Confused in Michigan]

...my 1st and 2nd mortgage? What else beyond just losing house? I owe about $90k. House is worth $70k. It was a rental, but can not get a tenant. I would rather lose the house than just throw money at it until I can get it rented. What are the ramifications of "letting it go" in Michigan? ThanksI have it for sale as well as rent. No real interest. There are others for sale/rent in the same are for comparable amounts. I am not necessarily set on walking away, but I want to make sure I understand all options.
