Commercial Mortgage Help Please!!!?

I own a 50 unit hotel in a subarb of St.Paul, Minnesota. As of now business is so slow i cannot pay my mortgage to the bank & Sba. The bank has sent me a notice that if i do not pay the loan they will take away my hotel. What are my options.. Please help
