What Is The Average Mortgage Broker/Loan...

...Officer Salary Today? This guy wants me to be a mortgage broker and only offering 1000 a month plus 30% splitsI know my friend is making 1500 salary and 60% splitsBut I am not experienced, and he is, I'm just a top salesman in my other company.Should I be happy with 30%? Can I ask for larger salary like $2000?in today's market?
