What banks/mortgage lenders offer no income...

...verification loans? In response to answers below: My husband makes 6 figures a year, and had no intention on lying about his income. He doesn't need to. The reason we need a NIV loan is because he started his business 2 years ago and claimed deductions for business purchases.
