Default Does the mortgage broker need to give a

letter when the RATE is LOCKED? My mortgage broker said that my rate is locked 2 days ago.1)Now do I need to get any letter from the broker/lender about the rate lock ? 2)Do they send me a letter automatically about the lock rate or loan info ?3) Will they send me a new GFE & TIL after the rate is locked ? can I ask for one now ?4) just wanted to make sure they are no surprises at the time of closing ?5) My broker said that they will send the rate lock info to my real estate attorney and not me, and I can get from my attorney , is it true ?
