Default Should I lock my mortgage interest rate now

or wait another week? I just bought a house in Iowa 2 days ago. My banker called me today and said the rate is around 5.25 and advised me to lock now. Anyone else think it will drop a little more within a week? I know it's like a roller coaster and it's hard to tell when it's going to rise or drop, but I just feel like it will drop.I guess in my opinion if my banker is calling me and telling me to lock now maybe she knows it's going to drop a little more. A higher interest rate for them is great. Maybe she knows it's going to drop and wants me to lock in before it does. Am I wrong to think that? It's a boggle. =/
