Default Our house deal fell through, do I still owe...

...the mortgage broker money? We had a contract to buy a house with an FHA 203k loan. The contract expired, the extension also expired and the sellers put the house back up for sale which was sold to someone else. The underwriting and mortgage was all ready and complete, and I want to know if I still have to pay a fee to the underwriters/mortgage broker for the mortgage we never got, there were all sorts of fees listed in the good faith estimate. Hope this question is clear.Reason it fell through, the appraisor made some mistakes, it took forever to get the underwriting done, and the realtor did not renew the contract. The sellers got pissed. Thank you all.
