...for lower priced homes.? Hello there!

I'm currently in need of a mortgage lender for bad credit, with possibly no, or low money down. The purchase price on the house I have found is $33900.00, and every mortgage place that I see on line.. only lends around 70k +.

If any of you know of a lender, that takes bad credit, and gives low home loans for this amount, please let me know.

how about calling your bank or any of 100 mortgage lenders in your local phone book or newspaper - I wouldn't deal with someone only on the internet who's not local
