Default need a mortgage broker?
I am a first time home buyer. I need a good broker who will prequalify me so I can make an offer on a home.I am recovering from a nasty divorce that ruined my credit. But I am back on my feet and earning good income. Successfully self employed.No down payment at this time but I am trying to get an FHA loan to help with that. Is this at all possible? I hate to miss the real estate boat this time.
